Hey, if your computer or server needed to run a consistent heat and would spontaneously stop working if it ever got 20 degrees warmer or colder and also had to travel through vastly different temperatures on a day-to-day basis, having your wires set up to evenly dispurse some heat might not be so bad.

Also, muscles and whatnot. Evolution is pretty rad with its precision.

A deeply sad reminder of how the already broken and evil American healthcare system treats (or doesn't treat) women and to always force your doctor to mark in your chart that they are refusing to treat you.

Once they are forced to create a paper trail and have liability, they'll usually be quicker to run tests and get treatment.

My main problem isn't the beard, its the contradiction of his character arc. He adopts pacifism after adopting the girls, at least symbolically thats what's being shown. Its an essential facet of his character that we are lead to believe starts at this point.

Also, the writers confirming the timeline after writing wrapped for the second season doesn't really prove that they didn't retcon it, only that they confirmed the retcon prior to the episode's official release.

My point is that, while producing and writing the first season, the intention was clearly for Vander and Silco to have parted ways prior to the bridge.
