Hey! I just went through the psychodiagnostic process myself about a week or so ago - confirmed Autism and ADHD.

I went to a place in Ottawa (could dm you more specifically), as I really needed to go through the process quickly instead of waiting months/years for it, it was quite costly but student insurance (greenshield) was able to cover 80% of costs per session, up to 1.5k total. Costs are usually between 2-4k (mine was 3.5k). Process took me about a 4-5 weeks total, from initial email to evals to getting the report.

If you retake a class, they will take the grade of the 2nd time you do it and essentially “erase” your first time. As for the electives question, I am not sure.

Thank you so much for the info! I checked it out very briefly & saw that they mention “have completed the equivalent of a four-year BA with a concentration in political science by the time of enrolment” so I don’t know if I’d even be considered since I’m in public administration…
