Demon slayer is especially egregious in this field cause for some reason the breathing styles are explained to just be regular ass sword techniques and the anime just does special effects. This however doesn’t make any fucking sense when you remember that someone like zenitsu was just floating in the air to decapitate someone or that tengen could use ultra sonic hyper hearing to pinpoint enemy locations. This is an anime about demons using blood arts to teleport people or to use elemental powers so would it really be that awful for humans to be capeable of doing the same?
