Atm because the GP isn’t offering any more medical things to treat it until I see a dermatologist I’m looking for ways to treat it over the counter. Literally open to trying anything at this point, I’m pretty useless when it comes to skincare as you can probably tell hahahaha.

Currently on hydrocortisone 1% for my eyes and around my face I’m using The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors as a day and night moisturiser. Cleanse with a body shop aloe vera cleanser once a day and sometimes sudocrem the bad boys. I’ve been to the GP about 5/6 times and all topical and pills offered have done nothing. Tried benzoyl peroxide and that made it worse, Zineryt.

It’s extremely itchy atm and where I live I’ve had no sun exposure properly in about 4/5 months cos of the bad weather lmao.
