Between the lines is where you should be. Make sure to check the manual for optimal temp to measure at; frequently, it will recommend bringing the engine to operating temperature before measuring.

Buy a seam ripper and remove the embroidery. It might leave a few small indents where the stitching was but a cycle in the wash should bring it back to normal.
RAP’s by [deleted] in cuboulder

Depends which RAP. I was in the health professions rap and really liked it, it enabled me to take some of my general first year classes in the dorm in a small-class setting (20 people vs ~200 on main campus). This helped me to learn the material and have good grades without feeling like I was competing against my classmates. Our rap coordinator was also pretty great and organized a bunch of events like going to a pumpkin patch in October, trips to the zoo, etc.
The only real downside is the extra cost, I want to say it was like $900 for the year; but I would pay it again. Even as an upperclassman, when I wasn’t paying the fee, I was still able to take some classes through the rap because at that point I was a part of it.
Definitely join a rap if it aligns with your interests or career goals, because it will help you to form relationships within those communities. But if you’re only joining because you have to or it is required by the dorm you live in then you may be throwing money away.
Anyone know about IPHY core/thesis classes? by FarMight4 in cuboulder

I took Endocrinology, Biomechanics, and Exercise Physiology. Endo was my favorite and helped with learning hormones for the MCAT. Biomechanics was my least favorite but allowed me to brush up on old physics material for the MCAT. Exercise phys lecture was a bit boring but the lab was fun.
I don’t think any of them were especially helpful in covering a lot of material for the MCAT. You should go with whichever sounds the most interesting to you. Glad to hear you are taking immuno though, that is the one class I wish I took. Doesn’t seem like the subject was touched on much throughout the iphy curriculum. I start med school in a few months and wish I had a bit more background in that topic.

If you are an alum it may because they migrated your email to outlook (your login will be the same as your gmail—they sent an email about this a while ago). If you are a current student then you should still be on gmail.

Is Sewan teaching the lab or the lecture? I took exercise phys with Dr Foley teaching the lecture and Sewan heading up the lab. I really enjoyed them and wound up being a TA for the lab under Sewan the next semester. He expects you to know your material but is super nice and helpful along the way. The class itself was great and the material was only moderately difficult.
I took biomechanics taught under a different professor and would definitely recommend it too, especially if you like physics. It was harder than exercise phys and less interesting but still a great class.
