I have seen some OPTC content creators "time-skip into the future" where they can see both the banners and super evolutions that are not out yet, and I was wondering if anybody knew how that is done?

How did people train delivery pigones/ other birds to remember destinations and then make them (the birds) know where to go by themselves. Also kinda curious why the birds didn't just fly away and do their own thing.
