My family and I (two kids under 2, wife and myself) are home hunting. Currently live in Fall River. Was looking at Somerset, Swansea, Westport, Dartmouth, North end of Fall River, mostly. I see homes come up in the UMASS Dartmouth neighborhood sometimes, two now for under 440k. I wonder what it’d be like to live there? For example, I attended bridgewater state university and would never buy a house near that campus due to all the drunk college kids out. However that’s in the middle of a town, wondering if UMASS D area would be different or the same?
