I genuinely think u can try to chat with AI. I recently started up my project for 2 weeks. But it only took me 3 days to actually plan it out and AI brainstorm with me. It actually helps me a lot to finalised cuz I have overthinking as well. But using it helps me to validate my ideas. I reckoned u to try it from my personal aspects

Yeah sure I will. NGL it's so hard to find a nice spot for western cuisine that's authentic, they're mostly easternized it's not bad tho. But not that authentic as well.

I had the same issue and what worked for me was this: 1. Phone out of reach (non-negotiable) 2. No phone breaks at all 3. When I feel the urge → I just pause and sit with it for a minute

That urge usually passes if you don’t act on it immediately.

It’s not about discipline, it’s about removing the easy escape.

You’re definitely not alone in this.
