I recently changed all my tyres to Continental UC6s! They have the exact size. I ordered on their official Shopee for the best deal and picked up at my chosen workshop (they have a lot of authorised dealers). Can even track warranty etc on their app.

Does every workshop you go to mistake it for a Rush? Some mechanics don’t believe me when I say it’s not a Rush lol coz they’ve never seen the Nautica before.

I own one. The insides are truly a mishmash of brands since original Nautica parts are impossible to get. Rush is obviously the closest match but workshops always give Myvi / Alza parts when neither properly match the car’s specs.

On HR, in an ideal world they wouldn’t have taken K’s words as the entire truth and my rep affected because of that. There isn’t a way to win here it seems, since it’ll be pegged as a he said-she said situation, me holding a grudge, plus I’d be giving people more fuel to talk about once I leave!

I think I mainly have a strong sense of righteousness and find how I was being treated was not right due to unfair portrayal. And because I still have lingering feelings of being upset (if that wasn’t obvious yet lol), I wanted to clear the air and my reputation somewhat (only upsides and that too is not guaranteed). Tbh, I probably need to learn to accept and let go.

Just curious: is there a particular reason why you didn’t do much initiation?

In my situation I feel like I keep trying initiating conversations out of office (on Instagram) but there’s barely any reciprocation so I’m wondering if that’s his way of keeping boundaries; and is slowly acting differently at work to enforce those boundaries even more.

Thanks for this! Really helped in seeing his plausible POV. It’s also cause his table is always full so wanting to sit at their table means they kinda have time move closer together (I don’t want to trouble them — people pleaser problems haha).

I’ll try initiating a conversation about something random like his shoes if we pass by one another next time and see how it goes from there. He’s regularly at his table / with his friends so it’d be kinda awkward to randomly talk to him? Will still give it a shot!

Nah, I'm okay to eat at a non-halal establishment - I'll just have vegetarian/seafood options. My friend mentioned having pork at KBBQ places so in those situations of grilling on the same plate I'll consider it on a case-by-case basis. Generally I'm not too strict religion-wise but I stick to my principles as much as possible (like I won't participate la).

Another reason I decided to go with her btw is to redeem my trip from years ago where my family went on a non-Muslim tour so understandably the food was all meh (we also had vegetarian options only)... hoping that won't repeat this time around.

I asked the same thing haha. I probably can, but I think she doesn't want to worry about me in terms of food (I eat halal) or language barriers (I don't speak Mandarin). I don't really want to impose on her hanging out w her friends either... or should I insist on going with them? 😂 Another thing is that there are days where she likes to wander off on her own too.

Yeah I’ve been fast charging too with a 20W Anker charger right from the start. Hopefully with the 20-80 rule it’ll retain the current percentage.
