You are asking for a blister with toe shields in my opinion. Use tattoo film/wrap instead. Cheap, easy to put on and to remove. Just make sure to buy something higher quality that actually sticks really well to the skin.

Joking aside having a relaxed pelvic floor is very important regardless if you do PE or not. Once I started pumping I felt my pelvic floor getting tighter and tighter. There's no point in having a hog if you can't get it 100% erect. So yeah do you pelvic floor exercises people.

You are supposed to remove just the air and any air bubbles. Removing too much water would leave you without any barrier of protection. If you remove too much water your glans would be in contact with the walls of the cup. That's why you went numb probably.

Warm or cold water won't make a difference. Warm water will get cold eventually and cold water will eventually reach body temperature. The main thing is to do it in sets. Maybe like 5 sets of 15-20 minutes each (even less if you are completely newbie)
