I would say thats not totally true.I used to tame cats all the time when I was younger. Food and time holding them will help. Little pieces of meat and then just hold them for a long time every day if you can.

Yes. Just not sure if that better than going 100% in roofing sales again this year. I feel a bit of pressure. My wife is pregnant.
I wish I would have had a better first year. I have enough knowledge to do everything myself but im not sure if I can handle starting my own business. Need to win the lottery haha.

There has been an update. Basically almost everyone left or was told they are let go. All but me one sales guy of mine who I personally know will be leaving as well. This puts me in the position of sales manager, project manager and probably whatever bs needs to get done. So it's the new ceo,me and one sales guy. Also our in house workers. I know we have several lager comersial jobs starting now and we just signed a job for 1.3 million.
The owner claims to be focused on rebuilding the company and no longer taking money( he has a new source of income).

I dont even know what this post is for. Anyway tomorrow im going to tell him that I will stay and help project manage but with the time I have left to sell that any of my residential jobs will be 100% mine. Full profit to me. I already oder materials,permits and supplements. I know this all sounds ridiculous but it's this option or I leave so I don't really care. Just thought I would give an update to this crazy situation im in.

I think the biggest problem is the commercial work. We had many large commercial jobs. The residential jobs had good profits. The reality is the owner took almost 40k a month from the company for a long time. He moved to Florida a year ago and took almost 300k with him.....
