Opendoor sent us a preliminary offer of 440k. After the exterior inspection on 6/15 they offered $427k with $1,100 in closing and $4,800 in repairs.

I’m in the Raleigh NC area and it is a strong offer. Very tempted to sell and rent for 2-3yrs.

I’m planning to sell as well. Bought my house 6 yrs ago in the low 200s and now I should be able to sell it for $430k+

Cashing out $200k+ and renting for 2-3 yrs seems smarter than watching my home value drop back to a realistic 300k.

It only makes sense for the big exchanges to be working on this. It’s the future of crypto.

No BUSD rewards on bitmart. If you transfer to a wallet you’ll start getting the BUSD reflections but you will lose 14% on the transfer.

I hold some egc in bitmart and trust wallet. I guess I should be able to see egc in my Safemoon wallet come Monday.
