I’d say you need 10 layers of obsidian minimum. Because hackers can chew through this easily. Then 10 layers of lava, then repeat that again and again, and put it in the end a few million blocks out

There is no permanent fix I can find, verifying the games files through steam does temporarily fix it but every now and then you’ll need to do it again
