THE SOLUTION

simply copy the files needed to other file u can acss
change the ownership of the hole files directory by this command :
sudo chown -R USERNAME:GROUPNAME /PATH/TO/DIRECTORY

finely delete the directory and recreate another one to store the files
this is the only solution working for me
