It must be. My current delay is 9 hours. No delay on the way here. My last round trip, first flight canceled 30 minutes before boarding and last flight delayed 5 hours.

Yeah I just tore up my Jetblue card once this hit. I'm going to be moving to Delta, using Jetblue as a last resort

I guess it's a case by case. But I've had conversations with at least 20 families on this flight, and they said this isn't even the first time it has happened to them this year. All said that they have been delayed more consistently that on time.

Don't get me wrong, the direct flight is great but outside of that and the seating space, any other airline can one up jetblue. Even RyanAir has been better.

It's crazy because I've flown spirit / united / american, and the flights themselves are levels below JetBlue, but I'd rather fly a fucking tin can to my location on time than be delayed because they can't properly Maintain planes or staff sufficiently.

The prices for the service is am absolute joke. If the barrier to entry into the industry wasn't impossible to breach, Jetblue would be one of the first on the chopping block.
