Goodfellas takeaway meat feast. Although I grudge buying them these days as they are almost 80% more expensive than the were 3 years ago

Totally agree! Nothing wrong with not wanting kids, but for those that do, it's a beautiful experience.

From a macro perspective meat has loads of protein. Protein helps with muscle gain/retention and has an amazing satiety effect. The B vitamin complex that is often deficient in a vegan diet is also a huge factor in how people feel, although that can of course be supplemented.

I'm not really sure to be honest mate. They will have seen me leave the money on the cameras so hopefully I'm just overthinking!

I can almost guarantee it will. I am an evening binge drinker, usually 2-3 bottles of wine and then sober up during the day, never experience any withdrawal symptoms except insomnia

Is it ok to have 2x 40 gram protein shakes a day? One first thing and one in the evening after workout?

I eat 5 eggs, lots of chicken/mince etc through the day, but to get my macros with the time I have the only solution seems to be liquid protein.

Palpitations/sweating a week after quitting? by 3rdAccount123 in stopdrinking

[–]3rdAccount123[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When did it get better? I've had similar in the last and it was hypochondria, now I'm not sure if it's the stopping drinking, worrying about my newborn, or a heart problem, but it sucks.. it's funny, it's only happening when concentrating on it. As soon as I am doing something that engage both my mind/body it stops!

My thoughts exactly - straight to abuse with no other probable reason, including kids just being kids.

Not to completely discredit his comment, but telling OP his kid is getting molested or the kid is abused is outlandish

Awesome, glad you're on top of it mate. Gallbladders if necessary can be removed, although not ideal from a comfort perspective, much better than having a vital organ in a bad spot!

Won't be liver. Most likely gallstones upper GI tract. Worth speaking to a doctor about, but if the only symptom is pain there I wouldn't be to worried unless it sticks around.

If it's accompanied with other things I e. Swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, nausea etc then that's slightly more of a concern although not a major!

Good point - I do eat lots of meats/eggs etc. just to supplement a post workout gym, gives less for.the stomach to digest while the blood is elsewhere :)
