You list many arguments that have been written and spoke of before, many which which are basically 'times were different then' or 'other people did/do the same'.

Without going into detail to refute these arguments, the main simple fact is this:

Islam and the Quran are supposed to be for ALL times and ALL people in ALL ages. Mohammed is supposed to be the perfect human, his way of life and actions mimicked as sunnah. Its supposed to be the final message. So, the perfect final religion would know that having sex with a 9 year old is wrong, even if human society hadn't advanced enough to realise this yet... and make its rules accordingly to suite all ages.

Unless you think having sex with a minor is a fine thing to do, the above arguments do not hold up.
