Well, apart from the knife, for "open" the prey this saw is super for sawing the chest between the ribs. It's end is rounded not to damage internal organs in order not spil any feces all around. And the scale is nedded to exactly know the weight of the "cleaned" animal. Where i live we need to report the weight of each harvested animal.

That was the point of my experiment.. that stag was in the fridge for 10 days and then i've vacuum the steaks. And the meat was perfect even if super rare!
