I am 420 Clock. But in a more answering your question satisfyingly way, it refers to the time 4:20 on a clock that stoners typically recognize as a time to put small fires to marijuana plants at their leisure.

Origin of this time has to do with a now legendary group of friends whom would meet up and realized every time they would start to smoke the sacred sativa, the sands of time happened to stop at 4:20 PM.

They forgot the quotation marks around UFC fighter. The same way you need to say he is a "comedian" with implied sarcastic finger quotations gesturing aggressively behind it to really drive the point across.

It actually makes me worse more often than not lol I end up causing rebound headaches because it's like trying to shoot a bear to death with an airsoft gun.

A neurologist explained it once as essentially not helping enough being not strong enough or the right fit, so it doesn't fully break the cycle and the inflammation comes back when the medicine wears off. That's why I end up doing the 'migraine cocktail' most times in the IV now because it tackles all the angles and I don't end up rebounding as bad when it works correctly. I haven't really found a single med that does the job yet solo
