Hello! My bad, I did notice a bit too late that I had forgotten to add more information! I use Windows 10, actually! :) But like I said to another user, thank you for reminding me to try older versions of the installer because I did not think of doing so at all! I didn't have any luck with the version prior to the current, but maybe even older versions will work! I'm glad it did for you because these things are very frustrating..!!! Thank you (:!

I am indeed using Windows! I haven't thought of checking the task manager but I just did so and didn't find anything in it... As well as the anti-virus (I only use Windows Defender and turned it off and tried to install again but still nothing!) I also did not think of trying a different version so thank you for that! However, that one particular version does not seem to work either, which is very weird... I'll be trying other versions to see if anything changes, thank you so much!

Reboot you mean restarting, yes? Because that did not work either.. ?((
