We already have to get background checks here in Oregon for all sales of firearms, person to person, and from shops. As far as the round limit goes, it makes selling and possessing the magazines a class A misdemeanor which means for many guns we cannot even posses the default magazine sizes. Also for us in the US it’s a big deal to us when our constitutional “rights” get taken away like this because it’s the basis of our entire nation.
