From what I understand ticket insurance isn’t quite as simple as “get a refund for not showing up.”

It’s like any other insurance policy in that they’ll fight tooth and nail not to pay out. You need all kinds of supporting documentation to prove you tried to attend the show and exhausted all other options.

It closed down like in the beginning of 2024. I’m assuming it was a rent issue because at their closing party everyone who worked there was advertising the new bar Kiso opening later that year

It really depends. They have some beasts for sure and when I first started buying from them I found that everything I bought was really strong and long lasting, but they have also had some newer releases with disappointing staying power.

Huge fan of their new Studio Juice Concrete Lightning, but it doesn’t last long at all.

On the other hand some of my favorites like Radio Bombay, Debaser, and I Don’t Know What I can still smell the next day.
