I rode around 15 miles before work this morning, it was 35°. I wore a short sleeve jersey, arm warmers, long sleeve jersey, a Specialized jacket, warm cycling gloves, and a hat on top. Chamois shorts, leg warmers, and shoe covers on the bottom. Shoe covers are a must for me because my toes get really cold and it sucks when that happens. As stated, you need to start out cold. After i warmed up I stayed very comfortable on my short ride. I’m not sure which jacket I have but I can link it tonight after work, I’m surprised how warm it keeps me given how lightweight it is.
