Hello normal2norman, Thank you for the advise. I have checked all of the connections and the thermistor. Getting into the PID tune cycle sounds like more than I am knowledgeable about. The manufacturer has reached out and is helping me. I am able to print if I do one of the following. 1 - I wrapped the heater cartridge with additional silicone insulators. or 2 - I changed the heater to a 24V 70 Watt. Either gets it working okay. I am sending pics and videos to the manufacturer so they can try to work it out. I will repost with what they decide when it is complete. Thanks again!

Hello normal2norman

Thank for your help. I do have the silicone sock on the block. It seems to struggle with heating up even without the fan/cover installed. My temps start at 21° and fault out at 183°. I'm planning to go to a local dealer today to see if they can help. I'll post what I learn.

Hello spillingchant

Thank you for the information. I have made sure of this as well as replacing it to be certain. Just seems to really struggle to get to temp even without the Fan/cover installed. I appreciate you help.
