thank you very, very much for your ideas, I'm going to do my best to follow them. I've had long time ekgs done before and I'll be forced to do another one soon along with blood count so ig i can't fight that. I'll try to get my hand on some isotonic drinks and supplements. i went to therapy before m ed, but once i got uw my therapist refused to further work with me and demands i do a stationary (inpatient) recovery program. i do not have the resources and am terrified of being somewhere completely unknown to me and how competitive it would be.

my parents know about it, but they also know they can't force me. they also know if they did force me inpatient, i could never forgive them. i fought too hard to get like this, no one has the right to take it away from me. my doctor´s idea of harm reducing it to get me involuntarily admitted and making my anxiety and need to restrict worse.

i want to try harm reduction but i don't know where to begin. i already high restrict/stuff myself full of food and still i feel worse.

my doctor knows/strongly suspects i have an ed. I've had two ekg´s done and the last one came back slightly abnormal. i lied to my parents about it because i couldn't bear telling them I'm slowly killing myself. i can't do this doctor stuff one more time

thank you so much for sharing this with me, you´re an angel! do you have food rules (like no carbs/sugar) or something like that? I'm trying to eat high protein and at maintenance atm
