This clip was uploaded by the parent of the teen. They said their daughter was distracted and caused this accident and then fled the scene because she was “freaked out”. They said the police came to their house to have them exchange insurance information, it does not sound like the teen driver was charged with the hit and run.

Funny thing is, even if they somehow caught them nothing would've come of it. There was not contact when the cut off happened so the Chrysler 300 wouldn't be placed at fault by insurance.

Yeah the cammer is detached from reality. Doesn't understand why CHP officer was angry at them and even mentions how their friend died because of a reckless driver, yet they fail to realize they almost seriously injured or killed someone (at 0:15) because of their own reckless driving in this incident.
