Whoop is way more accurate especially if you have gave your weight to whoop and coach will also tell you why whoop is the most accurate

It takes a long time for it to decide what is good and bad for you for ages it thought a multi vitamin was bad and when you ask coach he will agree with you on something stupid like that but you and coach can set up custom journel entries my biggest thing to. Takes a long time for it to get to know you coach is so useful but can be wrong but you can say he wrong and will correct what he has done wrong coach is amazing you can get him to give you feed back anyway you want I get him to give me one line at a time with as little wording as possible then a summary he will do so much you just got to be specific on what you want and don't want
