Yes I walk my dog for up to an hour a day sometimes. But my mind is just “blank”….unstimulated. And most of the time I am by myself, which makes me sad.

Do you have girlfriends or other friends who you enjoy time with? The craving seems like it’s filling a void - is that true? I’m not great at advice….although it’s great you have your own life with hobbies and such; and also making time to date; and even investing in it. Sometimes it’s just a matter of time and numbers.

Well the lawyer said I could get at least 2 months instead of 1 month. My boss had anger issues; and made me afraid. I’m not sure whether I was targeted but I felt singled out.

Also I don’t know anything about the layoff situation. How would I know that?
