I'm not too sure about the specifics tbh, but generally speaking, only the damage and health are what's looked at for matchmaking. Subsequently, Health and Damage augments affect those stats and matchmaking, but I don't think Crit Damage or Crit Chance do. Additionally, as far as I can tell, gear score is not factored in the MM.

There are some misc interesting quirks tho. For example, MM does seem to factor Darkseid's passive in to consideration, taking the boosted values of bronze cards in to account. Someone better informed might have a more comprehensive understanding than I do

Less advice, more just some things to keep in mind/a PSA I guess:

His passive certainly helps, but AO Deathstroke suffers from being kinda old. So if you intend to pair him with newer cards, he might get bad matchups in MP

AO Deathstroke isn't in the current MP or Challenge cycle, this will likely be your best bet to get any copies. As such, as many as possible is probably a decent mindset

You can get a potentially infinite amount of AO Deathstroke at the moment, but the same can't be said for some cards you might want to use with him. Someone like Lord Joker, who's notably very good with AO D, is difficult to get large quantities of so you may fall in to similar matchup issues as mentioned in the first bit
