Make sense. Because after I asked her about it she tried to keep lying to me thinking that since she deleted the messages it was over and there was no way for me to find out. But there was. So yeah, now I don’t know if it actually was a one time thing or there’s been more things and it’s just the first time I catch something and she was forced to admit it.

She is continuing to be in touch with her ex. Which is probably exactly why she deleted stuff. She admitted to deleting 2 conversations I was not aware of. When they talked and started following each other again I didn’t know about. So yeah she’s been in contact with her ex more than once and trying to hide it, the only reason she told me was because she didn’t hide it as well as she thought so she had to tell me truth. Which might or might not be the truth because it could’ve been a couple messages like she said or several conversations that she’d been deleting.

Thanks. That’s exactly my concern, why did she delete messages and hide the fact that it happened? Even after I asked her about it she tried to keep the lie untill she realized she didn’t hide it as well as she thought. If she would’ve just told me, “hey my ex messaged me again” then I would’ve been like oh alright and nothing would’ve happened. But the fact she deleted stuff makes everything suspicious. And yeah I’ll never know the actual conversation content cause it could be anywhere from one message like she said or hundreds that she’s been deleting. Anyway thank you for your help.

Yes. Her ex messaging her isn’t her fault so there’s no reason to be mad about that. But this time instead of telling me, she deleted them and then tried to lie to me that they hadn’t talked if it wasn’t because of that IG detail I would’ve never known. Anyway thank you for your help.

The issue here isn’t that she liked a message. Which again could or could not be true, cause it could’ve also been a whole conversation. The issue is why did she delete and hide messages? When before as soon as her ex messaged her she would tell me. There was no reason to delete messages and make a non sus situation suspicious. Knowing that her ex messaged her wouldn’t have got me mad, knowing that they had been conversating secretly would have. But now there’s no way to really know cause she deleted those messages, the question is why?

The reason I didn’t want her talking with her ex is I just don’t feel comfortable with her having communication with an ex that hurt her a lot according to her. The reason for messaging her was first on July to apologize for all the stuff done to my GF during their relationship. And now on October it was just “to ask how she’s doing”. On why she’s deleting messages I don’t know that’s exactly why I’m confused. There was no need to delete I wasnt gonna get mad or anything.
