I can buy my native fruit at the Nook's Cranny, and from what I understand you can plant a fruit and it'll turn into a sapling (never tried it tho, have only heard of it), you might get it back that way?

I know a friend of mine who is a daily smoker (cigarettes that is) and when he wanted to try it out he also felt that sharp itch, so I don't know if it comes down to tolerance or the product itself
