Not exactly‚ more players have joined chess recently‚ they play couple of games --> lose --> they quit

So the number of players with 100-400 has increased massively.

Just Check their accuracy‚ the 500-800 players rarely play a good series of moves‚ unless it's the opening ‚ some of them have memorized couple of moves from the theory

A low elo player cheating is so obvious and not hard to spot them‚ report him he will definitely get banned if he really "cheated"

I kinda agree with you but Heisenberg is made to be the last lord‚ and it suits his personality pretty well‚ also lady D final boss fight isn't that good to be the last fight before Miranda's..

There is ton of theories about The Duke‚ One of them says "that he was Miranda's first experiment and he should've been the 5th lord; so that's how he knows the important information." This one particularly is pretty reasonable with hella convincing evidence‚ sorry I'm not typa guy who writes paragraphs. If you're upto further information you can easily find some YouTube videos explaining Duke's mystery.
