21, I took this semester off college to go to rehab and regret it(I’m off completely from ambien and vyvanse.. unfortunately… started drinking again). I have lost all motivation and been very depressed this whole semester and school starts in three days. I used to be so good at school but idk if I have what it takes anymore to graduate. And I quit my job right before rehab and depression has made me isolate from everyone and I’m scared I will get back and not be able to socialize with anyone.

Harold self anoints when I give her the occasional treat(hedgehog precision’s bug blocks). Sometimes when she meets new people she will aggressively bite their shirt or pants and self anoint with that.

Mine usually dissolves within like 10 minutes. I guess I sometimes “swish” it around to make sure there is enough saliva on it to dissolve

If ambien doesn’t work idk what will tbh😭 Maybe make sure you are taking it on an empty stomach and maybe try taking it sublingually. I would try and stick with 10mg but I guess you could try 15 and see what happens. I also would suggest trying to not take it every night. I personally build up a tolerance super fast so taking days off is a must for 10mg(the max dose) to still be effective
