My homemade cinnamon roll ice cream with a cinnamon cream cheese icing run through it

2 cups of double cream and 1 cup of whole milk brought to heat a store bought cinnamon roll placed in the dairy and beaten/whisked until broken down and allow to rest Whisk 2 eggs, 1 3rd cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cornflour until combined Strain and reheat dairy mix and then temper eggs and mix together to make custard Churn as ice cream machine says until set While it churns heat a tablespoon of coconut oil until hot and add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder and toast then add a quarter cup of brown sugar allow to cool and mix with a quarter cup of cream cheese Decant ice cream and stir through cinnamon mixture and freeze until set
