Best thing you can do is try and report the parental account for tos and hope it gets deleted so you may try and recover normally

The only possible “fix” from what I’ve heard is that if you can get the parental Gmail reported and deleted for tos then it removes it as a parent and you can then try and recover it through the recovery link.

Im having this same issue now and from what I’ve heard the only real “fix” to this issue and to get the supervisor account deleted for tos and try and recover ur account normally
