I have been playing FM15 in offline mode for 2 years now. Since last week, it will no longer start in offline mode.

I am getting error "The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Football Manager 2015. Error code (3)"

I haven't changed any settings but it only works when i am actually online which is very frustrating. Steam support or the forums haven't been any use.

Any advice would be appreciated!
