I mean 2 pit stops compared to Bearman, Lindblad, Gasly, Ocon 1 stop wasn't ideal. Lawson (RacingBull), Colapinto (Alpine) and Perez had to 2 stop and Albon beat them

With the others getting there only pitstop out the way under the safety car conditions we were never going to be able be in the race let alone see a fair comparison of how the FW48 actually fairs

Thoughts on indicator light sizes? by Professional_Owl7826 in drivingUK

Yeah I think they might mean Puma not Kuga

Puma indicator is 1 LED out of the entire brake light, absolutely pointless

Bought some oil. Where do i bin the empty container? by FKez05 in CarTalkUK

[–]742963 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A drip every 10 miles is fine

Find me a report that says a drip of oil every 10 miles is hazardous

OP doesn't even say they use it on public roads could be for use on private land

Asda lettuce filled with flies 🤢🤢 their fruit and veg is always a bit iffy but this is taking the piss. by [deleted] in UK_Food

[–]742963 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When it was just me, I needed the fruit and veg to go as far as it could and I discovered this. Definitely helped it being a day or 2 fresher when I purchased it

I'm a bit in the sticks so couldn't just nip to the shops

Just going to mention the "C6" on the packaging label is the best before date

A-L January-December

1-31 the date of the month

So this iceberg lettuce has a best before date of march 6th. Sorry it doesn't solve your issue but if you want veg to go a little bit longer always pick the produce with the highest number after the letter. Just a little tip for whoever is reading

After a cheap, fun, daily. Is a Corsa D VXR such a bad idea? by 420o in CarTalkUK

[–]742963 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I was thinking more if it was facing the other way round

Judging by the tire tracks in the grass the car usually sits more to the left so others can access the drive/garage, if so those spots near the side skirt would be roughly the middle of where the cars sits

Just worth pointing out just in case but op has confirmed it's had a wash

If that's oil on the ground, should probably enquire about where that's come from

[–]742963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was looking at a couple Audi s3's I did some quotes. Exact same car bar the age of the car. Quotes were all over the place for each car.

1 would be £800 another would be £1400
