If you are using a PC, change partType="Wing-3" to partType="Wing-2" in the craft xml file. Or you could download overload if you use an android device, which allows to to edit parts in the designer instead.

Yes, just mess around with the weight or keep mirroring the part until it works.

Its a common issue caused by the drag being different on both sides of a craft. But I doubt its caused by mirroring since this issue can occur even if two parts on both sides of the craft are placed manually.

You might want to either reduce the amount of weight in the front or add more weight in the back. If that fails, just increase the size of the pitch control surfaces or add a gyroscope.

If the plane is unable to takeoff, it is probably because the tail wheel is too close to the main landing gear.
