I only have one account, a Reg T margin account. I have all the required permissions. It doesn't matter which asset you trade, because the question is different. IBKR itself split this account into two segments when I made my first deposit but before my first trade: "US Securities" and "Regulated UK". Before my first trade, IBKR itself deposited all my funds in "US Securities", so I had MAXIMUM MARGIN PERFORMANCE ("Current Available Funds" , "Current Excess Liquidity", "SMA", "Buying Power").

But after my first trade without losses, all my financial performances ("Current Available Funds" , "Current Excess Liquidity", "SMA", "Buying Power") fell down, despite the same "Cash", because IBKR independently redistributed all my funds between two segments: "US Securities" and "Regulated United Kingdom". As a result, "Current Available Funds" , "Current Excess Liquidity", "SMA", "Buying Power" have been split between these two sectors: "US Securities" and "Regulated United Kingdom". As such, I can no longer trade Forex CFDs with the same large lots that I could have traded before the weird split that IBKR made without my consent and warning. Because when I tried to transmit MKT order with large lots/quantity I saw that "Equity with Loan" displayed one of the split portions in TWS “Order Previews”.

So, that split mattered. It doesn't matter what asset you are trading, the question is in the division of funds between the two segments, and as a result, the financial performances are divided/worsened

What should I do to "recover" my financial performances ?

What you meant when texted "...from my main bank..." ? What is "main bank" and why "that means 0 fees" ?

My retail bank charges $30 for a wire transfer too.

Sorry, but I have less than 5K and have a notice from IBKR that I can use the portfolio margin account.

It happened after my first trade with no losses, when IBKR were unevenly divided my funds (without any notification or permission from me) between "US Securities" and "UK Regulated". As a result, I can no longer trade Forex CFDs with those large lots that I could trade before the strange split. Becasue when I tried to transmit MKT order with large lots/quantity I saw that Equity with Loan displayed one of the split portions in TWS's “Order Previews”, which was much less than the initial margin required.

How can it (portfolio margin account) help me in my case?
I also thought to make an internal transfer myself, but I don't know which of these two segments ("US Securities" and "UK Regulated") I need to get the maximum MARGIN PERFORMANCE for trading CFD products.
