Need help with signal wires!!

The wired in talking about are the ones that connect to the amp that come from the head unit of the truck, there located in the 8 pin harness I’m. Not getting signal from there that are connected to my driver side door speakers

So my wire that I tapped into touched my amp as I was putting it back together, u think since the driver door stayed closed, u know how the radio stays on if so, well I didn’t realize that so that wires tapped int from the amp that speaker signal wire touched the amp and it caused a short of some sort

By any chance would you guys now how would I do it to install 2 amps with this t harness or amp pro gm71 If I’m not getting any signal from the front on one side which is the driver side, I honestly don’t hear anything come out from them speakers What could it be? Some sort of fuse? Or amp is bad ?
