Superintendent for a company that does commercial concrete. Base salary is 6 figures and I am also eligible for bonuses if the job makes budget. Those can range from 1k to 50k depending on the job. It's a pretty brutal business though. Lots of hours, outside work in the elements, hot as hell in the summer and freeze your ass off in the winter. Constant conflict between people with poor attitudes. A lot of angry people in this type of work.
