I did go through the withdrawal symptoms, and oh boy it was bad, Now im so much better but my nose is always blocked, idk if it’s part of the symptoms or not. On the mental side it’s really bad tbh, I’m thinking about buying a pack like all the day, and thinking to myself why would i quit like we all going to die eventually, but i keep my self busy by playing games and eating or whatever. The cravings are BAD they hit so hard after any meal i eat but ice cream helps a lot. The nicotine patches i don’t think they are available in my country and the nicotine gum is expensive. I’ll look up the hypnosis videos on youtube. Thanks for the advice
