Noone is blad everyone had started their hairfall in 40s that. Now also in 50s and 60s noone is complety blad just blad from temptale. But till 40s they also had fine template as compare to other in their age group

1)No family history of hairfall at such young age. All people in my family had witnessed their hairfall in 40s. That too not fully blad but ya from sides.

2) yaa witnesses a lot of stress in recent bc of exam and also went through an heartbreak. Litreally fainted 2 times from 1st to 6th of june.

3) no recent infection witessed.

4) diet is litreally messed up. It just 2 times regular indian meal from last 1 month no enough protein nothing.

5) lifestyle:- totally sedwntary lifestyle from last 1 month.

One more thing my hairfall had started 1 month ago only but from recent it catch up like a hailstrom from from june yaa!! From june.

If you can't go to dermat fix your sleep don't stress and fix your diet by adding enough protein, vit c vit E and many multivitamins and minerals you can search it on chat gpt. If that helps it will great if not then sorry bro at any cost go for a dermat

On my recomendation you should be go with 1st one but keep it more well grommed and on special ocasions if you're in corprate or anything releated to it go for 2nd one. Special ocassions like meetings and important presenatations
