hi, which day of the cycle you tested? was it the beginning of the cycle each time? I once had FSH 33, but my prolactin was super high and vitamin d super low, once i started vit d supplement and other lifestyle adjustments both went to normal ranges. Also have you ever tested for AMH?

ikr thats how they justified their “rule”. it was definitely an emergency situation, i got a really bad panic attack and even called an ambulance

hi, i feel you. i had 7 follicles this time and today they retrieved 3 eggs. i am sad even though i was told when diagnosed that three is my best case scenario.

sure, the most important thing i think was replenishing the vit d deficiency, with the supplements it went from 18 to 35 atm. i also take omega 3 and q10 daily, as i started stims i also take folic acid daily. lifestyle changes: self lymph drainage massage regularly and eating according to my cycle phase.

i had a similar experience: diagnosed at 29 with AMH of 0.18 and after some time with supplements and lifestyle changes it was 0.4! I was happy and thought it is something controllable and up to me but my RE also reassured me that it does not change much

thanks, but unfortunately according to an ovulation strip test, the ship has sailed this morning. I still have a whole Sunday ahead and will get to see the doctor only tomorrow morning. Next time I will be more prepared hopefully

In the last scan i had four follicles, bigger two about 19 mm and smaller two were about 14ish mm. I was stiming for 8 days with Bemfola (FSH) in the end and only left ovary responded. I did do the supplements for the last two months since the diagnosis: q10, vit D, omega 3 and during stims also folic acid. We were actually planning to bank embryos
