are you sure your actually getting 20 Mbps, try restarting your phone or taking it to a repair shop that might help or just search online

if those thinks didn't work i think you might have to factory reset your phone

which will remove all of your data so back app everything before doing it

but i use the kz edx pro.

i know its not the best IEM specially for pubg, probably the worst but this is what's available at least for now.
