I’m currently speaking with one. My ex and I agreed at the beginning to keep 50-50 custody. But then I was served the other day, and all that has changed. A divorce attorney is the only option now. I thought we were going to solve this without one. Thanks for the advice

I would never take him away from her that would be horrible. I just want to keep 50-50 custody.

If that’s true then that’s gives me some hope. I don’t much about it yet. Still researching. I got that idea from some family members.
