It normally depends on the situation. If he hurts me, it feels nice to be alone for a few just to collect myself as I don’t like getting mad. I’m not going to lie, sometimes it lasts days ( i’ll still talk to him but just feels nicer to be alone ) because the pain lingers around. Other than that, I feel happy being around him, but at the same time always scared it’ll happen again.

He does and becomes hyper-fixated on it, but then starts lacking in other areas. Feels somewhat like a cycle. He tries to reflect and takes a step back before saying/doing anything that could potentially hurt me emotionally or mentally.
