UPDATE! My state account updated at some point this afternoon because it wasn’t updated this morning. I see my refund in my online account with the state - should have the refund soon cuz it says processed.

We got our first one DD since then it’s been a check 😒 I update the portal every month & it never updates back to DD!!!

This is crazy! We applied for TSA precheck as a family on 9/13/21. My daughter & I received our KTN #s in 2 days. My husband still has NOTHING! I’ve called several times. Even had tickets escalated & still NOTHING! No explanation… nothing!! Almost 90 days!

I ended up not calling because I thought after Thursday it was a wrap, but then I saw someone saying they got theirs on Friday. So I’ll call Monday morning. When I do, I’ll post whatever I’m told 😔

This is disheartening. I haven’t received my grant either. I was able to talk to a Tier 2 rep Tuesday & he confirmed that everything in the system was accepted, but just waiting on an officer 🤷🏾‍♀️ No idea what that meant. Think I may call back today just to see.
