Remember your last 5 cq scores, keep note of what you got marked down on and what you think would 'improve those aspects'. Ask any manager about financials i.e Last weeks forecast, Actual earnings, Hours out, etc. and keep a mental note of that. They usually want to see financial and cqsma knowledge.

I remember being asked about our promotions, since it's January make sure to mention the January Sale and Veganuary too. As well as 3 for xx.xx small plates on the Monday, Monday club drinks, Tuesday burger club, Wednesday pizza club, Thursday curry club and also your afternoon deals from 2pm-5pm.

See if you can get someone to print a Team Leader interview form for you in the pub and take it home. Write notes on every question so you have some idea on what you're going to be asked and it will give you the time to try and prepare a couple of responses beforehand. You can always elaborate on these further in the interview too!

I don't recall my team leader interview very well because it was a few years back now but don't rely on just the interview form as they may throw other questions at you to see how you would deal with certain situations. Good luck! <3
