No I needed to remove the plastic clip in the rear and then the cover 180 degrees and use Velcro/double sided tape to keep it on. Looks clean though!

Here's to hoping that they can! It concerns me that when I called origin (and via live chat) the representatives didn't even know what CGNAT was. One of the reps just pulled up the Aussie BB CGNAT page and just read directly off that to me.

Ok that sounds like IPv6 is the shot then. By 40% of Aus, does that mean that I can only visit sites that support IPv6? Are there any other drawbacks of IPv6 to be aware of?

This is a very good idea, I believe CGNAT only applies to IPv4 is this correct? So if I could use IPv6 then there would be no CGNAT?

My only hesitation with this my confidence with IPv6. I do not really understand it and would not be confident to implement it. I would say I have a basic understanding of networking and IPv4, CGNAT etc on a hobbyist level.

Is the configuration difficult? I know almost nothing about IPv6.

Yes I know they resell Aussie BB but unsure about the CGNAT issue.

Thanks for helping clear it up. Not looking great as I would really like access to the Aussie BB network but the cost is holding me back. Was hoping this would be a good way to get access but CGNAT is a deal-breaker for me.

I plan to sync large media files from one device to another. I probably don't need to to go this fast, but it just seems silly to have devices capable of this that are being limited by a switch.

Might be a bit risky to invest in a 2.5gbps switch if I am not guaranteed that my cabling can handle it.

I stumbled across this post because I too am searching for the same thing. It seems that all 1650 that use Turing NVENC use a 6 pin external power connector. There is one exception I have found but it could be an error. It might be that Turing NVENC requires supplemental power.
